Proactive Protekt Ultra Cushion has molded high density pressure sensitive foam which allows immersion of pelvis for comfort and stability. Medial and lateral side supports facilitates positioning, trochanter cut outs facilitates proper pressure redistribution and safety strap keeps cushion in place. It also has stretch nylon cover which is low shear and breathable.
